Job summary

CannonDesign is seeking a strategic Sr. Manager, HRIS & Operations to lead the evolution of our HR technology ecosystem and core HR operations.

This role serves as the primary owner of our HRIS and ensures data security, governance and a superior employee experience. The role partners with HR, Finance, Payroll, Technology and leadership to drive operational excellence, implement scalable solutions and deliver data-driven insights for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in HRIS, HR operations or HR technology.
• Experience as system owner or lead administrator for ERP/HRIS like Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle, SAP.
• Experience with dashboards, reporting and workforce analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the HRIS and related technologies, ensuring performance, data integrity, security and privacy compliance.
• Lead system enhancements, upgrades, integrations and vendor partnerships.
• Evaluate and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Oversee employee data, audits and process consistency; partner with HR COEs to deliver seamless experience.
