Job summary

CannonDesign is seeking a strategic Sr. Manager to own and evolve the HRIS and HR operations landscape, acting as the primary system owner to ensure data integrity, security, and a superior employee experience.

You will partner across HR, Finance, Payroll and Technology to lead tech strategy, governance, dashboards and analytics, while guiding change initiatives and system implementations that deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR Operations or a related HR technology function.
• Experience as system owner or lead administrator for an enterprise HRIS platform (Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle, SAP).
• Demonstrated success leading HR technology implementations or large-scale process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the HRIS and related technologies, ensuring performance, data integrity, security and privacy compliance.
• Lead system enhancements, upgrades, integrations and vendor partnerships.
• Evaluate and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and employee experience.
