Job summary

Lincoln International is seeking a Senior HRIS Manager with deep Workday expertise to lead the global HRIS roadmap and operations. You will collaborate with Talent, Finance and HR partners to optimize systems, ensure data integrity and enable employee self-service across regions.

The role reports to the Director of Talent and requires 6+ years in HRIS, strong leadership, and a focus on data governance and integrations. Hybrid work in Chicago, with a competitive salary and bonus program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Information Systems, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree a plus
• 6+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, focusing on systems strategy, implementation and administration
• Proven success leading Workday configuration and optimization in a global environment
• Strong leadership and talent development capabilities
• Excellent collaboration, communication and stakeholder management
• Experience supporting compensation programs within HR tech platforms is desirable
• Discretion and confidentiality strong suit

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global HRIS strategy aligned with business priorities
• Serve as primary HRIS advisor to HR and leaders, guiding technology decisions
• Oversee daily HRIS operations: production support, data governance and security
• Plan and deliver HRIS initiatives, releases and integrations
• Lead and mentor the HRIS team for growth and accountability
• Design, develop and maintain integrations across systems
• Build HR reports, dashboards and analytics for workforce planning
• Train and change-manage to drive user adoption and employee experience
