Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a Senior HRIS Integration Specialist to lead design, development, testing, and support of SAP SuccessFactors EC integrations with external HR and payroll systems. The role acts as integration authority within the HRIS, translating business needs into technical specs.

Collaborate with HR, Payroll, middleware, and vendors; drive transition to Workday with requirements mapping, testing, cutover readiness, and governance to ensure secure data flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of HRIS experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC integration.
• Strong knowledge of SF data model (Person, Employment, MDF, foundation objects).
• Expert-level SAP SF OData and CompoundEmployee API skills.
• Minimum 5 years creating and supporting Integration Center jobs.
• Experience with CPI and Informatica IICS for middleware.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and maintain integration specifications and data mappings.
• Develop and optimize SF EC API queries (OData, CompoundEmployee) and handle complex scenarios.
• Build and monitor Integration Center jobs with CSV, EDI, OData, SOAP and manage security (SFTP, PGP).
• Own payroll integrations with ADP Celergo and ADP GlobalView; ensure data replication accuracy.
• Collaborate with CPI and IICS teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
