Job summary

Legend Biotech in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst, Data Governance & Change Control to ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data across Workday and other systems. You will drive data governance, deliver reliable HR reporting, and manage Workday change control with cross‑functional partners.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance and IT to improve data quality, regulatory compliance, and reporting for executive and board-level needs, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining HR data integrity and performing data audits.
• Proven ability to deliver HR reports and dashboards for operations and governance.
• Experience administering HR governance, change control, testing, and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data across Workday and other systems.
• Manage data governance standards, validation rules, and documentation.
• Monitor data quality through audits, validations, and reconciliations.
• Support HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics initiatives.
• Coordinate Workday change control processes and UAT testing.
