Job summary

Legend Biotech is seeking an HR Policy, Risk & Controls Manager to lead HR policy, risk, and compliance programs. Based in Bridgewater, NJ, this role partners with HR and audit functions to ensure controls are properly designed and followed.

You will monitor HR risk indicators, drive remediation, and own the HR Risk & Control Matrix while coordinating with Internal Audit and external auditors to support governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR, compliance, risk management, or internal audit in fast-paced setting.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles, compliance frameworks, and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with regulatory and company needs.
• Lead compliance assessments, corrective actions, and remediation activities.
• Oversee HR risk indicators, reporting, and governance with HR leadership.
• Manage data privacy governance, employee investigations, and HR regulatory reporting.
• Maintain HR Risk & Control Matrix and coordinate with Internal Audit and external auditors.
