Legend Biotech USA Inc. is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst, Data Governance & Change Control to join the Human Resources Operations team in Bridgewater, NJ.

The role secures the integrity and security of HR data across Workday and other HR systems while leading governance standards and reporting initiatives. You will collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Finance and IT to support data quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRIS, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR Operations, HR Data Management, HR Reporting, or related HR tech role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data across Workday and other HR systems.
• Monitor and maintain data integrity through audits, validations, and reconciliation activities.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce HR data governance standards and documentation.
