Job summary

Legend Biotech USA Inc. is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst in Data Governance & Change Control to ensure HR data integrity across Workday and related systems.

You will lead governance standards, data quality, and reporting while coordinating with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT to drive compliance and efficiency. The role emphasizes Workday change control, testing coordination, and securing sensitive employee information, with collaboration across teams to deliver accurate analytics for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRIS, Information Systems, Business Admin, Data Analytics, or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HRIS/HR data roles experience.
• Experience with HR data governance standards, data audits, and controls.
• Experience delivering HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making.
• Experience administering HR governance processes including change control and testing coordination.
• Hands-on Workday HCM experience and strong data privacy knowledge.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in HR reporting tools and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data across Workday and systems.
• Audit data, validate data, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Develop and enforce HR data governance standards and controls.
• Resolve master data issues and support data management processes.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT to ensure data consistency.
• Support HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics initiatives.
• Validate data for operational, compliance, and board reporting.
• Coordinate testing and change control activities; maintain logs and docs.
