Job summary

Legend Biotech is seeking a Manager, Workday Compensation and Talent based in Bridgewater, NJ, to own and optimize Workday Core/Advanced Compensation and Talent configurations. You will partner with Compensation, Talent, HR, and HRIS teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions and lead biannual releases with testing and adoption.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of HRIS/HR technology experience, including hands‑on Workday configuration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS or HR technology, with at least 3+ years of hands-on Workday Compensation and Talent configuration experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Performance Management, and Talent.
• Experience managing Workday release cycles, including impact assessment, testing, and adoption of new functionality.
• Ability to partner with Compensation, Talent, HR, and HRIS teams and deliver scalable solutions while maintaining system stability.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday Core and Advanced Compensation configurations and related processes.
• Lead Talent management configurations and related cycles.
• Coordinate releases, testing, and adoption of new Workday functionality.
• Collaborate with Compensation, Talent, HR, and HRIS teams to meet business needs.
• Maintain system integrity and audit readiness through proper standards.
