Job summary

NVA General Practice is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to manage the configuration and maintenance of core HR systems, including applicant tracking systems. This role encompasses troubleshooting, documentation, and quality assurance within a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience with HR systems, particularly Dayforce, and will be skilled at analyzing workflows and supporting live environments. The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting HR systems, preferably Dayforce.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and integrations with CRM platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with recruiting workflows and candidate lifecycle stages.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration and maintenance of core HR systems and applicant tracking systems.
• Analyze HR workflows and system usage to support resolution and improvements.
• Partner with HR team members on system needs and change testing.
