National Veterinary Associates is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to support HR systems configuration and integration. You will work closely with HR partners to enhance system functionality and resolve issues while ensuring quality across processes.

The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in HR systems, preferably with Dayforce, and will be pivotal in maintaining system health and documentation.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting HR systems, with experience in Dayforce preferred.
• Experience supporting applicant tracking systems (ATS) and integrations with external CRM or recruiting platforms.
• Familiarity with recruiting workflows and candidate lifecycle stages.
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HR and applicant tracking systems.
• Analyze HR and recruiting workflows to support issue resolution and system improvements.
• Partner directly with HR team members for system needs.
• Maintain a working knowledge of HR, ATS, and CRM data structures.
