Job summary

Vantor is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst, HR Analytics & Workday Reporting to support development, governance, and analytics of HR systems and data. You will design secure Workday reports, dashboards, and security roles, partnering with HR and executives to deliver standardized metrics and insights.

You will lead UAT, Workday releases, and build enterprise data assets, while strengthening data integrity and enabling informed workforce decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of Workday HCM experience, including advanced reporting, composite reporting, dashboards, discovery boards, and worksheets.
• Advanced experience creating, maintaining, and optimizing reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions.
• Experience supporting data governance, security administration, access management, or system control processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and data interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of HR metrics, workforce planning, people analytics, and talent reporting practices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and workforce data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and govern Workday reports, dashboards, worksheets, discovery boards, and other reporting solutions.
• Build OpenAI Codex solutions for simplifying recurring, complex reporting needs.
• Own and deliver bi-monthly C-Suite HR steering committee presentations.
• Define workforce metrics, reporting standards, KPIs, and reporting needs, including enterprise datalake buildout.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to support strategic planning, talent initiatives, compliance, and operational decisions.
• Develop and maintain centralized reporting libraries, metric definitions, documentation, and HR data governance standards.
• Configure, maintain, and audit Workday security roles, domain permissions, and data access controls.
• Evaluate access needs and implement controls for HR data, reporting, and processes.
• Serve as primary HRIS contact for internal and external audit activities involving HR systems and data.
• Lead user acceptance testing, release readiness, and stakeholder communication for Workday releases.
• Evaluate new Workday functionality and recommend enhancements for performance and UX.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting across Workday modules and related HR tech solutions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and leverage automation or AI tools.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and best practices for reporting, analytics, security, and governance.
