Job summary

Vantor seeks a Senior HRIS Analyst, Talent Management & Learning Systems to optimize Workday Talent, Learning, and Journeys, supporting employee lifecycle programs across the company. You will partner with HR and People Operations to design, configure, test, and troubleshoot talent processes, learning campaigns, and reports, driving data integrity and automation.

Successful candidates bring strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to translate requirements into scalable Workday

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Workday HCM experience, plus Talent & Performance, Learning, and/or Journeys.
• Experience supporting talent management, performance, learning, and employee development systems.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting reports and dashboards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and maintain Workday Talent processes (performance, calibration, etc.).
• Design and support talent programs, employee development initiatives, and reviews.
• Serve as primary administrator for Workday Learning functionality.
• Configure journeys, security roles, and lifecycle automation.
• Provide Tier 2 HRIS support for Workday inquiries and issues.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday reports and dashboards.
