NICO National Indemnity Company, part of the Berkshire Hathaway group, seeks an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to support Workday-based HR systems across Recruiting, VNDLY, and Talent. You will own system configuration, testing, and data integrity, driving enhancements with cross-functional partners to improve efficiency and compliance.

You will collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders, deliver technical guidance, and contribute to bi-annual Workday releases while maintaining high service levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years HRIS Workday experience with Recruiting, VNDLY and Talent.
• Experience with Workday reporting and security.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to explain technical details.

Responsabilités

• Designs, builds, tests, maintains and enhances HRIS business processes per policy.
• Participates in Workday releases to align with HR Technology roadmap.
• Serves as HRIS SME for Recruiting, VNDLY and Talent.
• Coordinates with other teams affecting HR systems.
• Troubleshoots system issues and documents resolutions.
• Tests and documents changes prior to implementation.
