Job summary

NICO National Indemnity Company is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support and maintain the HRIS, primarily Workday, across Recruiting, VNDLY, and Talent modules. You will own configuration, testing, and data integrity while collaborating with HR and IT teams to deliver system enhancements.

The role requires deep HRIS Workday expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to process improvements, with opportunities to participate in Workday releases and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field or equivalent 5+ years HRIS Workday experience.
• Experience supporting Recruiting, VNDLY and Talent functional areas in Workday.
• Experience with Workday Reporting and Security.
• MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Hands-on experience with Workday EIBs, calculated fields, condition rules, and security configuration.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, tests, maintains and enhances HRIS processes according to company policy and guidelines.
• Participates in bi-annual Workday releases to identify opportunities to enhance the environment.
• Serves as the HRIS SME for Recruiting, VNDLY and Talent.
• Coordinates or supports needs of other teams within and outside the HR department that impact HR systems.
• Organizes and leads meetings with stakeholder groups and documents processes, configurations, and issue resolutions.
