Job summary

NFI seeks an HRIS Business Analyst – HR Systems in Camden, NJ to serve as a strategic liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders. You will translate needs into scalable Workday solutions, lead requirements gathering, design processes, and support testing and implementation.

You will partner with HRIS and technical resources to optimize Workday configurations, reporting, security, and integrations, ensuring data quality and strong controls, while guiding end-user adoption and post‑go live

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience with business process mapping, workflow analysis, solution design, and process improvement.
• Experience with Workday HCM strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand needs, risks, and outcomes.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate needs into functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current and future-state processes and recommend workflow simplification and improved user experience.
• Collaborate with HRIS resources to design Workday solutions aligned with requirements and system capabilities.
• Develop and coordinate test scenarios, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Support implementation planning, change readiness, and post-production validation.
• Maintain clear documentation of requirements, process flows, and system changes.
