Qualifications
- Hands-on configuration of Workday Recruiting and related recruiting technology
- Experience supporting or implementing recruiting technologies integrated with Workday
- Ability to translate Talent Acquisition requirements into scalable technology solutions
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Designs, configures, administers, and optimizes Workday Recruiting functionality across end-to-end lifecycle
- Partners with Talent Acquisition to translate requirements into scalable Workday configurations
- Configures and maintains business processes, security, and notifications for recruiting
- Evaluates Workday releases and supports enhancements to improve processes and system effectiveness
- Supports AI-enabled recruiting tools like HiredScore and Paradox
- Maintains system documentation and governance for recruiting technology
