Job description

Overview

We’re looking for ahigh-impact HRIS Analyst (Workday) to join our team and serve as a trusted system administrator and subject matter expert across one or more Workday modules. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of HR, technology, data, and process improvement.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to optimize workflows, improve system functionality, and maximize the return on our HR technology investments.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the go-to SME and system administrator for Workday
  • Partner with functional leaders to analyze process design, improve workflows, and leverage system capabilities
  • Support reporting needs, system upgrades, testing, and HR technology projects
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness
  • Provide production support by researching and resolving system issues
  • Lead or contribute to HR initiatives using strong project management skills
  • Develop documentation, user guides, and deliver training on new functionality
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors (payroll, integrations, etc.)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, or a related field
  • 4+ years of HRIS / HCM experience (Workday strongly preferred)
  • Experience with reporting development and system configuration
  • iCIMS experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes, auditing, and compliance
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Consultative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Compensation and Benefits

We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $85,000.00-95,000.00. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
