Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to drive the development, implementation and maintenance of our HRIS platforms with emphasis on Workday. You will partner with HR, Payroll and IT to ensure data integrity, configure modules, and deliver analytics to leadership.

The role focuses on HCM maintenance, optimization and end-user training, supporting reporting needs and system enhancements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Located in San Diego with full-time work on-site.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent with 4+ years HCM/HRIS experience.
• Experience configuring and maintaining Workday modules (core HR, payroll, benefits).
• Strong reporting skills to deliver HR analytics and metrics.
• Ability to partner with HR, IT, and Payroll to implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize HRIS data integrity and accessibility.
• Develop and run custom HR reports to meet leadership needs.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT to deploy Workday enhancements.
• Provide end-user support and training for HR systems.
• Support data migration, upgrades, and testing.
