Job summary

SMSC Community Center in Prior Lake, MN is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize the UKG HCM platform for SMSC and Tribal Operations. You will oversee system maintenance, ensure data integrity, and deliver robust support while implementing upgrades and enhancements aligned with business needs.

You will develop interactive dashboards in Tableau to communicate workforce trends such as headcount, turnover, and hiring, maintain governance standards, and collaborate with HR and Tribal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, or related field.
• 5+ years HRIS/HR operations/HR tech experience.
• Experience with UKG HRIS including maintenance and reporting.
• Strong experience with HR data and Tableau dashboards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own enhancements, configurations, and optimization of HRIS with data integrity and compliance.
• Manage day-to-day HRIS operations, including user access and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports showing workforce trends.
• Establish HRIS governance standards, including security roles and data accuracy.
• Maintain organizational data structures and implement changes as needed.
• Evolve HR reports and analytics toward predictive insights.
• Collaborate with Tribal Operations leaders to translate challenges into scalable HR solutions.
• Coordinate with HRIS team to maintain configuration and release readiness.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
• Investigate issues and provide user education on the HCM system.
• Support annual performance reviews, merit administration, and benefits open enrollment.
• Maintain confidentiality of team member personal data.
