Job summary

Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to optimize the HCM system across SMSC and tribal operations. You will lead enhancements, manage maintenance, ensure data integrity, and deliver robust dashboards for headcount, turnover, hiring, and other metrics.

Required are 5+ years in HRIS/HR tech, UKG HRIS experience, Tableau reporting, and strong MS Office skills. You will collaborate with HR and operations to translate business needs into scalable, automated solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in HRIS, HR operations, or HR tech roles.
• Experience with UKG HRIS including maintenance and reporting.
• Strong HR data reporting skills; Tableau dashboards.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HRIS SME, owning enhancements and data integrity.
• Manage day-to-day HRIS operations, access, and maintenance.
• Develop dashboards and reports showing workforce trends.
• Maintain HRIS governance, security roles, and data accuracy.
• Evolve reports and analytics toward predictive insights.
• Collaborate with HR and Tribal Operations to implement solutions.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
• Support education of users and HR initiatives throughout the year.
