Job summary

Puget Sound Energy is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding. The role requires configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing HRIS processes, collaborating with HRIS team members, and ensuring data integrity across systems.

Ideal candidates have 5 years of HRIS experience, strong analytical skills, and expertise in SuccessFactors modules and ECC integration. Hybrid work options available in WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HRIS, business administration, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in HRIS.
• Experience supporting HR applications with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of HR data standards, reporting, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
• Provide system support, testing, role security, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze HR processes and system data to identify improvements.
• Ensure data integrity and create standard work and policies for HRIS maintenance.
• Develop reports and dashboards for leaders; assist with HR technology roadmap.
• Coach and train other HRIS Analysts and system users.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
