Job summary

NW Natural is seeking an HR Technology Administrator to own and administer SAP SuccessFactors within the Hire-to-Retire portfolio. You will configure modules, manage production support, and collaborate with Payroll and HR teams to ensure smooth integrations.

The role emphasizes system optimization, stakeholder engagement, and structured change control to support HR operations and payroll processing across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Three+ years of experience administering SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central or a comparable enterprise HR/HCM platform in production.
• Ability to configure enterprise apps, troubleshoot issues, and manage lifecycle changes.
• Experience coordinating external support partners or managed service providers.
• Knowledge of hire-to-retire processes and payroll integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer SAP SuccessFactors and Hire-to-Retire applications.
• Configure and maintain modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession & Development.
• Coordinate payroll, time, and workforce management configurations with external experts.
• Provide production support, incident triage, and change management.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to test changes and ensure reliable integrations.
