Job summary

Pediatric Associates is seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst to maintain and optimize our HRIS infrastructure, ensuring reporting and applications meet HR needs. You will enhance HR technologies to support HR and M&A initiatives, upgrade systems, and train stakeholders.

This role emphasizes data security, audits, and collaboration with HR and finance teams. Ideal candidates have at least 4 years in HR systems, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong analytics, communication, and documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Human Resources Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years working experience with HR business systems required.
• Certifications: None Required

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with HR staff and leadership to determine objectives and plan HRIS changes.
• Leads HRIS due diligence for mergers & acquisitions, including data migration and payroll setup.
• Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
• Performs upgrades and provides training and technical support to stakeholders.
• Assesses current systems and recommends improvements to maximize value.
• Prepares reports for HR Systems & Payroll leadership.
• Develops custom functions, queries, and reports.
• Trains staff and supports HRIS initiatives.
• Audits HR processes and payroll administration as needed.
• Keeps current on HRIS trends and best practices.
