Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; 5 years HRIS experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR/Payroll technology platforms.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure HR/payroll technology solutions (Workday, CSOD, Kenexa).
• Lead implementations and integrations with other systems; design and test modules.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards; support data management and cleanups.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for HR production issues and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on release planning and impact analysis.
