Bright Horizons Children's Centers in Newton, MA is seeking an HRIS Senior Analyst to administer, configure, analyze, support, and maintain HR/Payroll technology solutions (Workday, CSOD, Kenexa, or other assets). You will partner with the HR global organization to provide user, production, and project support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5 years HRIS experience.
• Experience with Workday and other SaaS HR platforms.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering and testing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, testing, and reporting for HR modules.
• Coordinate integrations with vendors and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Design and maintain custom HR dashboards and reports.
• Provide Level 2/3 HRIS production support and data governance.
