We’re seeking an experienced HRIS System Administrator to lead and support a full Dayforce HCM environment (Ceridian HCM experience also welcome). This role manages system configuration, data accuracy, reporting, payroll support, benefits workflows, integrations, and ongoing enhancements across a multi-site organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary admin for Dayforce HCM (all applicable modules).
• Maintain data accuracy through audits and validation.
• Configure workflows, pay rules, security, and schedules.
• Support payroll processing and issue resolution.
• Manage system updates, testing, and documentation.
• Build and maintain HR/Payroll reporting and dashboards.
• Support benefits, open enrollment, and integrations with IT/vendors.
• Train users and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years Dayforce or Ceridian HCM administration experience.
• Strong HRIS, payroll, and time/attendance knowledge.
• Experience with multi-state environments and reporting preferred.
• Dayforce certification or implementation experience a plus.
