Job summary

ClearCaptions seeks a Sr. HRIS Analyst to optimize its People tech stack, including Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, and performance platforms. You will design, implement, and automate processes, build data models, and deliver real-time workforce insights across IT, Finance, and People teams.

You will partner with Corporate IT to ensure IAM, security, and compliance alignment, lead RFPs, and drive system enhancements that scale with our growing organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years HRIS administration experience.
• Two years Dayforce configuration experience.
• Experience leading system enhancements and full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong cross-functional project management and change management.
• Ability to build integrations across payroll, benefits, finance and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Owns Dayforce modules and aligns system with business needs.
• Redesigns workflows, job structures, security roles and processes.
• Manages ATS, performance management, and compensation systems.
• Troubleshoots issues across People systems.
• Develops metrics and dashboards to track workforce trends.
• Partners with stakeholders to convert insights into decisions.
• Leads end-to-end process reengineering to reduce manual work.
• Identifies opportunities with People and other departments.
• Implements solutions to increase efficiency.
• Configures and deploys new modules; tests and manages change.
• Collaborates with IT and vendors for enhancements.
• Builds integrations between Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, Docebo, Simmplr, Azure, Concur, Salesforce.
• Supports AI capabilities and digital solutions.
