Job summary

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Dallas is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to administer ExponentHR and support all HR systems, with a strong focus on data integrity, analytics, and project management.

This role partners with HR and internal customers to optimize processes, implement electronic performance reviews, compensation statements, and maintain HR reports, access controls, and security across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Senior HR Certification preferred (SPHR, SHRM-SCP).
• PMP Certification preferred.
• 5 years' experience supporting HR Information Systems.
• 5 years hands-on HR experience; payroll exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as system administrator for HR systems and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage system access, navigation, reporting and best practices.
• Administer HR system configuration changes and data tables.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits.
• Lead special projects like electronic performance reviews and compensation statements.
