The role emphasizes talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR operations, ensuring a mission-centered, compliant, and scalable workforce across parishes, schools, and ministries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience including senior leadership.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR or similar certification preferred.
• Experience leading HR in a complex nonprofit or faith-based organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.
• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with diocesan mission and pastoral priorities.
• Oversee compliance with employment laws and data governance.
• Provide executive leadership coaching and workforce planning for the Diocese.
