Job summary

The Diocese of Phoenix is seeking an experienced Human Resources Analyst to support the employee lifecycle, HRIS administration, compensation analysis, reporting, and workforce data management. You will help ensure accurate data, equitable compensation practices, and compliance with employment laws and Diocesan policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, information systems, finance, or analytics.
• Minimum of three years HR experience, including HRIS administration, compensation analysis, recruitment, or employee relations.
• Experience generating HR reports and analytics using HRIS.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, lookup functions, and reporting tools.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, CCP, or HRIS certifications preferred.
• Spanish language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain employee lifecycle transactions in Paylocity HRIS, including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, leave administration, and separations.
• Respond to HR inquiries and provide guidance to employees and managers.
• Support system administration, troubleshooting, workflow enhancements, testing updates, and user training.
• Develop and analyze HR, compensation, payroll, benefits, compliance, and workforce analytics reports; conduct routine audits.
