Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, payroll.
• Hands-on experience administering an HRIS or similar platform.
• Strong Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Administer the HRIS (Paylocity): configuration, security, workflows, business rules.
• Troubleshoot HR system questions and coordinate with vendors.
• Support payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and ATS integrations.
• Test releases and communicate changes to users.
