  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR system questions and issues, troubleshooting problems and working with vendors to resolve them.
  • Support the ongoing administration of connected systems, such as payroll, benefits enrollment, timekeeping, and the applicant tracking system.
  • Manage system releases and updates by testing changes, documenting impacts, and communicating changes to users.
Data Integrity and Integrations
  • Maintain the accuracy and consistency of employee data, including hires, terminations, job changes, compensation changes, and organizational structure.
  • Run regular data audits, identify errors and gaps, and work with HR and Payroll teams to correct them.
  • Monitor data feeds and integrations between systems, including payroll, benefit carriers, and the ATS, and resolve errors promptly.
  • Support employee data needs during the annual compensation cycle and open enrollment.
Reporting and Analytics
  • Build, maintain, and distribute standard and ad hoc reports, including headcount, turnover, new hire, and compensation reports.
  • Support leaders and HR partners with data requests and help them interpret results.
  • Prepare data for audits, compliance filings, and executive reporting.
Process Improvement and Projects
  • Document system processes, procedures, and user guides, and keep them current.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and automate HR processes and recommend system improvements.
  • Support system implementations and upgrades, including requirements gathering, testing, data migration, and user training.
  • Provide training and support to HR team members and managers on system use.
Security and Compliance
  • Support compliance with data privacy and security requirements, and work with IT to manage system access, including provisioning and removal.
  • Support employment and benefits reporting requirements by ensuring system data is accurate and available.
