Position: Senior Analyst, Global HR Technology
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid Onsite 3days/week)
PURPOSE
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Global HR Technology department to supplement the ongoing work of the HRIT – ADP Enterprise V6, Cornerstone and Fieldglass team. The Analyst will work to support, administer, and maintain our current systems, primarily SAP Fieldglass, as we embark on a multi-year process of transforming our technology platforms.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide production support, system administration, application maintenance, auditing and documentation
- Review system updates and releases; assess impact and communicate changes to stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams and downstream system owners to ensure seamless operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, including access concerns, unexpected results, data discrepancies, and process gaps
- Perform hands‑on system configuration, development, and scripting as needed
- Support and lead system integrations and cybersecurity key management
- Develop, maintain, and deliver end‑user training and system documentation
- Audit policies, controls, and system processes to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Support internal and external audit activities
- Create and maintain user access and security roles
- Manage and import large data sets while ensuring data integrity
- Identify and implement system improvements through automation, process optimization, and new functionality
- Perform other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with SAP Fieldglass
- Experience working with ADP Enterprise (V6 preferred)
- Experience working with Cornerstone Compensation and Performance
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer‑service orientation
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with strong attention to detail
- Strong learning agility and ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Functional knowledge of HR, payroll, or finance processes
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Experience with a case management system such as ServiceNow
