Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned HRIS professional to own Workday Benefits for the U.S. employee population. You will configure and optimize benefit plans, eligibility, enrollments, and rates, ensuring accurate data and smooth annual Open Enrollment.

You will collaborate with Benefits, Payroll, HR Operations, and external vendors to implement plan changes, and design Workday Discovery Boards, dashboards, and reports to drive insights and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on functional Workday experience.
• 3–5 years supporting other HCM platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Reporting, and Security.
