Job summary

MetaMask is seeking a senior HRIS administrator to own the ADP Workforce Now platform and the broader HR technology stack. You will be the technical owner, ensuring system health, data integrity, and end-to-end configuration across payroll, benefits, and core HR tools.

You will design processes, manage integrations, enforce security controls, and drive SOX compliance. The role emphasizes automation, auditing, training, and cross-functional collaboration within a remote-first, global team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR systems administration, HRIS configuration, or HR technology operations.
• Track record of end-to-end business process design from requirements to launch and validation.
• Experience translating ambiguous business needs into working system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day ADP WFN configuration, security roles, workflows, and system health.
• Design business processes from requirement through configuration, testing and validation.
• Own release planning, testing, rollout, and enhancements for ADP products.
• Manage integrations across payroll entities, benefits carriers, finance tools, and core HR platforms.
• Control access and SOX-ready evidence, enforce least-privilege access.
• Vendor relationships management and SLA tracking.
• Lead technical projects end to end for People Operations systems.
• Automate processes to reduce manual effort and errors.
• Maintain documentation, run data audits, and provide training materials.
• Support employees and managers with system needs and runbooks.
