Insight Global is seeking an HRIS Administrator/Analyst for a 6-month contract with potential to convert. The role focuses on ADP Workforce Now and SAP SuccessFactors, combining hands-on HRIS administration with project work to modernize HR processes through automation and AI.

You will partner with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to improve the employee experience, streamline workflows, and ensure data integrity while supporting audits and compliance. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting HRIS platforms or similar enterprise business systems
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now and SAP SuccessFactors preferred
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with Power BI
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities

Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS settings, workflows, and permissions
  • Produce custom and recurring HRIS reports and dashboards
  • Process routine HRIS transactions and ensure daily system activity
  • Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training
  • Lead or support HR technology projects focused on automation and AI-enabled solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR operations
  • Maintain system documentation and ensure data confidentiality
  • Monitor evolving HR technologies and recommend upgrades

Job Description

The HRIS Administrator/Analyst supports the daily administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our clients Human Resources Information Systems, with primary responsibility for ADP Workforce Now and SAP SuccessFactors. This role combines hands-on HRIS administration with project-based work focused on modernizing HR processes through automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. Partnering closely with the HR team, Organizational Transformation Office, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders, you will help improve the employee experience by streamlining workflows, enhancing reporting capabilities, and ensuring the integrity of critical HR data. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to balance day-to-day operational support with longer-term technology initiatives. If you enjoy leveraging technology to solve business problems and drive operational excellence, this role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the organization. Due to the nature of work performed, U.S. citizenship is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize system settings, workflows, and permissions

  • Maintain system documentation and safeguard confidential employee information
  • Monitor emerging HR technologies and recommend system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements
  • Coordinate with internal partners to support audit activities and compliance requirements
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting HRIS platforms or similar enterprise business systems
  • Experience partnering with IT, Information Security, and Internal Audit on compliance initiatives
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver process improvement initiatives
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and macros
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes, including recruiting, payroll, benefits, talent management, and compliance
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to support employees at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing competing priorities
  • Knowledge of HR regulations and employment compliance requirements
  • System administration experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or SAP SuccessFactors preferred
  • Experience building cross-platform automations or AI-driven workflows preferred
