Job summary

AMPAM Parks Mechanical is seeking an HRIS Administrator to support day-to-day HR system operations in Carson, CA. You will manage employee records in ADP Workforce Now, run standard and ad-hoc HR reports, and assist with onboarding and benefits data entry while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

The role collaborates with the HR Manager and broader HR team to maintain payroll and benefits data across ADP modules. This is an entry-mid level position with room to grow within HR technology.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience with HRIS systems; ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Experience with data entry and administrative support in an HR environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine data entry and updates in ADP Workforce Now.
• Maintain accurate, complete employee records within ADP WFN.
• Generate, run, and distribute standard and ad-hoc HR reports (headcount, turnover, hires, terminations).
• Build and maintain recurring HR reports and report templates within ADP to support leadership requests.
• Prepare HR data into clean reports for monthly/quarterly cycles.
• Respond to routine inquiries regarding ADP system access and basic functionality.
• Support open enrollment and benefits administration with data entry and verification.
• Assist with HRIS data audits to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
• Maintain HRIS process documentation and training materials.
• Escalate complex system issues to HR Manager or ADP support.
