Job summary

Glanbia is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to align people strategy with business priorities. You will partner with site leaders to translate priorities into actionable workforce plans and leadership development initiatives, influencing organizational effectiveness and culture.

You will drive talent reviews, succession planning, and employee relations while ensuring compliance and delivering high-quality HR services across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience with manager or HRBP level responsibilities.
• Demonstrated managerial experience in a manufacturing or shift-based workforce environment.
• HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to diagnose current and future people and organizational needs and translate priorities into a comprehensive HR strategy and workforce plan.
• Lead talent and succession planning, including talent reviews and calibration of high-potential and critical talent.
• Advance workforce planning and organizational effectiveness by assessing structure, capabilities, spans, roles, and future talent needs.
• Use dashboards, reporting, and insights to identify trends, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement in performance and retention.
