Glanbia Nutritionals, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Analyst to own end-to-end delivery of Core HR IT products, focusing on SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP Payroll, with integrations to Payroll & Benefits partners.

You will partner with HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and Technology to translate business needs into Epics, Features, and User Stories, managing the backlog to maximize business value across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Industry certifications highly desirable (e.g. Agile Methodologies, Success Factors certification).
• ≈5 years of HR IT delivery experience across requirements elicitation to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic product direction with HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into Epics, Features, and User Stories; manage and prioritize backlog.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits; provide guidance on HR tech solutions.
• Lead Digital HR initiatives across North America; ensure alignment with business goals and outcomes.
• Oversee security, compliance, risk, and data privacy with IS/Compliance teams.
• Own KPIs and performance metrics; drive continuous product improvement.
• Advise stakeholders on technology, cost, and complexity implications of decisions.
