Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club seeks a Senior Manager, Human Resources to serve as a trusted strategic advisor, enabling organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, and change management.

This role leads an HR Coordinator and partners across the organization to align people strategies with business priorities and enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of HR Business Partner experience with at least 2 years of leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other HR certification preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on organizational design and team effectiveness.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and staffing models.
• Lead performance management and calibration processes across the club.
• Drive talent development by identifying competencies and networking opportunities.
• Resolve employee relations issues with balance of business needs and legal compliance.
• Oversee promotions processes and knowledge transition for departures.
• Monitor payroll allocations and overtime spend; collaborate on budget.
