The position leads an HR Coordinator, engages with cross-functional teams, and supports continuous improvement in the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive HRBP experience with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is required.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other HR certification preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior managers through credibility and data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders on organizational design and team effectiveness.
• Partner with leaders on initiatives to support the employee experience.
• Lead workforce planning by identifying capability gaps and creating staffing models.
• Manage club-wide performance management, coaching, and calibration phases.
• Support talent development by identifying competencies and necessary experiences.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues with balanced judgment.
• Guide offboarding and knowledge transfer for departing employees.
• Analyze trends and metrics with HR leadership to develop programs and policies.
