Job summary

Spring Run Golf Club is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruiting, payroll, benefits, and compliance. This hands-on role partners with the General Manager and department leaders to foster a service-driven workplace culture.

The role requires sound judgment, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills, with a focus on timely, accurate HR processes and employee support across the club.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of progressive human resources experience in hospitality/private club or related environment.
• Hands-on payroll and benefits administration experience required; Paylocity experience preferred.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred or actively pursued.
• Experience supporting H-2B or seasonal workforce programs is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for employee HR questions and workplace concerns.
• Partner with GM and department leaders on employee relations and policy interpretation.
• Conduct investigations regarding employee complaints and workplace concerns.
• Support employee engagement, retention and workplace culture initiatives.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and pre-employment screening; manage I-9 and E-Verify.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and reconcile timekeeping and deductions.
• Administer benefits programs and annual open enrollment.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HRIS data.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local employment laws and records.
