Dowbuilt is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to provide advanced HR support and act as a strategic people leader for Dowbuilt managers and staff.

You will coach leadership, design initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent, and lead critical HR programs across the organization. This role requires deep HR knowledge, exceptional communication, and the ability to drive change in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of HR experience in business partner or similar roles.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with leaders.
• Ability to influence leaders and coach for results.
• Strong communication, facilitation, coaching and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and business acumen for interpreting metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leadership teams on people strategy initiatives.
• Provide counsel, coaching and creative solutions to boost performance.
• Lead talent initiatives including goals, calibration and compensation reviews.
• Consult with leaders to tailor HR strategies to team needs.
• Identify risks and advise on complex HR issues with privacy in mind.
• Support organizational change through design, roles and job descriptions.
• Deliver quarterly HR analytics and business trend summaries.
• Collaborate across HR teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Mentor and develop junior HR staff and participate in HR projects.
