Coinbase is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with senior leadership, translating business strategy into people and org strategy across client groups. You’ll own the full HRBP lifecycle from org design to employee development, driving retention and performance at scale.

You will guide leaders on organizational change, use people data to influence decisions, and shape policies with a focus on compliance and risk reduction across global teams. Position ID: P77342. #LI-Remote

Formación

• 8+ years in Talent Management, organizational effectiveness, or HR leadership.
• Advising senior leaders on org and people strategy with sound judgment.
• Experience using people data to inform decisions and actions.
• End-to-end design and execution of people programs with measurable impact.
• High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Own people programs and strategies for your client group, including performance management and retention.
• Partner with leaders on org design, workforce planning, and people strategies at scale.
• Lead coaching for leaders on development, career pathing, leveling, and change management.
• Drive data-informed insights by analyzing trends and translating into actions for leadership.
• Build and apply HR policies with a focus on compliance and risk reduction across global teams.
• Strengthen cross-functional partnerships across People Team COEs for cohesive delivery.
