Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as the dedicated People partner for the People, Finance and Creative teams. You will work with leaders up to the Executive level to ensure their teams are aligned, high-performing, and set up to deliver on our ambitious business goals.

You will resolve complex employee relations issues, coach managers, drive performance culture, and partner with HRBPs and Recruiting to create a seamless talent experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to analyze data and solve complex issues.
• Solid understanding of compensation, performance, employment law, and org design.
• Strong persuasive communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise frontline managers and Directors on performance and development.
• Lead the semi-annual review process and recognize high performers.
• Help leaders plan team structures and headcount aligned with business goals.
• Analyze and resolve employee relations matters.
• Translate People Team priorities into department goals.
• Influence diverse audiences to adopt best practices in talent management.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and Recruiting for a seamless talent experience.
