Job summary

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with People, Finance and Creative teams. You will collaborate with executives to ensure teams are aligned, high-performing, and positioned to achieve business goals.

You will resolve complex employee relations issues and act as a resource for stakeholders while guiding talent strategies in a fast-scaling environment. This role supports a flexible/remote work approach.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues.
• Solid understanding of compensation, performance, employment law, and org design.

Responsibilities

• Advise frontline managers and Directors on performance management and career development.
• Lead the semi-annual performance review process and recognize high performers.
• Assist leaders in planning team structures and headcount aligned to business goals."
• Independently analyze and resolve employee relations issues within the specified functions.
• Serve as the go-to People resource for assigned functions and translate priorities into actionable goals.
• Influence diverse stakeholders to adopt best practices in talent management and organizational health.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and Recruiting to ensure a seamless end-to-end talent experience.
