Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as the dedicated People partner for our People, Finance and Creative departments. You will work with leaders up to Executive level to ensure teams are aligned, high-performing, and positioned to deliver on our ambitious goals.

You will advise managers on performance, career development and team dynamics, coach leaders, drive our performance culture, and help plan headcount and organizational design to support rapid scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience and ability to support fast-paced G&A and creative teams
• Solid understanding of HR principles and practices (compensation, employment law, org design) and how they apply to multiple functions

Responsabilités

• Advise frontline managers and Directors on performance management, career development, and team dynamics.
• Coach leaders to manage through rapid scale and drive performance culture.
• Lead semi-annual reviews for groups and recognize high-performing talent.
• Assist leaders in planning team structures and headcount to support business goals.
• Partner with HRBPs and Recruiting to ensure a seamless talent experience across functions.
