Job summary

Ford in Dearborn, MI seeks a Director, HR Business Partner for the Go to Market Enterprise Technology Team. You will set the people strategy for the portfolio, coach senior leaders, and partner with Finance to align workforce plans with business goals.

As a trusted advisor reporting to the Executive HR Director, you will drive enterprise-level HR performance, build leadership capability, and shape culture across a 3,200-strong, globally distributed tech organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 10–12 years of progressive HR experience, with leadership or portfolio-level exposure.
• Experience in organization design, change leadership, and senior-leader coaching.

Responsibilities

• Set the portfolio people strategy: annual operating plan and multi-year capability roadmap.
• Serve as a full member of client leadership teams contributing to business strategy and headcount decisions.
• Translate business strategy into workforce implications and capability gaps.
• Partner with Finance on workforce cost and productivity and the people case behind productivity commitments.
• Drive organizational optimization, culture, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
