Job summary

Ash Grove Cement Company seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support for multiple plant locations across the US and Canada. You will act as a trusted advisor to site leadership on employee relations, talent management, and HR operations.

In this role you will mentor HR Business Partners, drive union-related activities with guidance, oversee recruiting, onboarding, and performance processes, and ensure policy compliance and data-driven HR decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
• 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR support for multiple plant locations.
• Advise site leadership on employee and labor relations and talent management.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and training programs.
• Ensure policy compliance and analyze workforce metrics for improvements.
• Mentor HR Business Partners and support union interactions as needed.
